How long it takes

Orders are dispatched from Perth within 1–2 business days. After that, delivery normally takes 2–7 business days within Australia. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday go out the next business day. Remote and regional postcodes can add a few days.

Stock is held here in Western Australia. We do not ship your order from overseas, which is why these estimates are days rather than weeks.

September is our busiest month

Perth's winter sprinkler ban lifts on 1 September and a great many systems fail on their first run of the season. We hold extra stock of the common kits through August and September, but dispatch can stretch to 3 business days at the peak. If you need something urgently, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly what the wait is.

Where we deliver

Australia only, including all states and territories.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email the moment the parcel is scanned by the carrier. If tracking has not moved for five business days, tell us and we will chase it.

If it arrives damaged or not at all

Email us within seven days of delivery — or of the expected delivery date — with your order number and a photo if there is damage. We will replace the item or refund it in full, your choice. You will not be asked to pay return postage for a damaged or missing parcel.
