Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed with Circle Contracting Group Pty Ltd, trading as Circle Supply.

1. Who you are dealing with

This store is operated by Circle Contracting Group Pty Ltd, ABN 33 696 194 153, of 10 Kessell Lane, Beldon WA 6027, Australia. Contact: Admin@ccontracting.com.au.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price is listed in error, we may decline the order and refund you in full — we will always tell you why.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is free within Australia. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments; we do not receive or store your card details. You must be authorised to use the payment method you enter.

4. Delivery

Dispatch and delivery estimates are on our shipping page. They are estimates, not guarantees — carriers occasionally run late. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Fitment is your responsibility, but we will help

Reticulation components vary by brand and model. It is your responsibility to confirm a kit suits your system before installing it. We provide a free fitment check — email us a photo of your valve before ordering and we will tell you which kit fits.

Once a part has been installed it cannot be returned as a change of mind. See our returns page.

6. Installation and safety

Everything we sell is low-voltage (24V AC) or purely mechanical, and is intended for competent DIY installation. Our written guides are general information, not a substitute for professional advice, and conditions vary from system to system.

Mains-powered equipment is out of scope. We do not sell it and our guides do not cover opening or wiring a mains-powered irrigation controller — that is work for a licensed electrician. Plumbing work that requires a licence in Western Australia should be done by a licensed plumber.

We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, but nothing in this clause excludes the consumer guarantees below.

7. Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

8. Our liability

Other than the consumer guarantees above and any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to place fraudulent orders or to interfere with its operation. We may refuse service where we reasonably believe an order is fraudulent.

10. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, guides and design of this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and both parties submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
